Thomas Pearson, an associate and head of DTM’s commercial Property team is acting for the vendors on the sale of 4 lots at Auction on 16th September 2009.
Three of the lots are being sold by Strutt & Parker and Wright Manley at the Swan Hotel, Tarporley and consist of 79acres of fertile pasture and arable land (to be split into three separate lots; 18.35 acres, 30.69 acres and 30.26 acres) on the Peckforton Estate.
Sales particulars for all lots can be obtained from the agents and auction packs will be available to inspect at DTM’s offices, Archway House and at the agents during normal office hours in the 14 days prior to the auction.
