DTM Legal are acting on the sale of 3 lots of agricultural land being sold at auction next month by Michael CL Hodgson in Cumbria.
Thomas Pearson, an associate and head of DTM’s commercial Property team is acting for the vendors on the sale.
The lot details on which DTM are acting are as follows:
· Large paddock (4.79 acres)
· Small paddock (1.50 acres)
· Sheep dip (13.39 acres)
Sales particulars for all lots can be obtained from the agents and auction packs will be available to inspect at DTM’s offices, Archway House and at the agents during normal office hours in the 14 days prior to the auction.
