Tonina qualifed as a solicitor in 1984 with a leading Manchester firm before moving to a niche corporate finance firm, also in Manchester. More recently she has been engaged as a consultant for Peel Holdings Limited.
Throughout her career she has specialised in all aspects of commercial property including the acquisition disposal and development of residential commercial and mixed sites, secured lending, leasehold acting for both landlords and tenants, property investment and portfolio management.
