Commercial Property team strengthened by addition of a consultant

June 2009

DTM are pleased to announce the arrival of a new member to their Commercial Property team:

Tonina Mycock

Tonina qualifed as a solicitor in 1984 with a leading Manchester firm before moving to a niche corporate finance firm, also in Manchester. More recently she has been engaged as a consultant for Peel Holdings Limited.

Throughout her career she has specialised in all aspects of commercial property including the acquisition disposal and development of residential commercial and mixed sites, secured lending, leasehold acting for both landlords and tenants, property investment and portfolio management.

Thomas Pearson who heads up the Commercial Property Team at DTM commented: " We are very pleased to welcome Tonina to DTM. Her experience both in private practice and from working in house will prove invaluable to our existing clients and a further string to our bow in the the services and expertise we can offer new clients."
